As the Business Manager for QVC Realty in North India, Jay is responsible for managing the company’s projects in Gurgaon.

Prior to joining QVC Realty, Jay worked with BMW India in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Aftersales. Jay was involved in setting up these functions for BMW during its market entry in India. His work included planning and implementing 24x7 roadside assistance across India, setting up a Customer Interaction Centre, and managing direct marketing. Before handling these projects in India, Jay worked with BMW AG at their headquarters in Munich. 

Jay has a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad, and BE in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology.
