Jay Dave
Manager – Marketing

Jay is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, and prior to joining QVC Realty worked with BMW India in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Aftersales.

As the Manager - CRM and Warranty, Jay was involved in setting up these functions for BMW during its market entry in India. His work included designing and implementing 24x7 roadside assistance across India, setting up the Customer Interaction Centre, and managing direct marketing.

Before handling these projects in India, Jay worked with BMW AG at their headquarters in Munich as a management trainee. Jay has also interned with Pepsico in their marketing team. Jay has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology, Ahmedabad.

Anirban Ghosh
Manager – Sales

Anirban has half a decade of experience in Real Estate Residential Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining QVC Realty, Anirban worked with Sobha Developers Ltd as Manager Sales. Anirban was involved in exploring and developing new markets, dealers, accelerating growth and achieving desired sales goals. Anirban is a keen planner and strategist with a proven track record of consistently increasing the sales/ profitability of the company. He has led large teams to provide direction, motivation and sales training.

Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, Anirban was associated with the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore for a GIS project in collaboration with Paris University.

Anirban has a B Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT, Trichy.
