GS Shivaprasad has about eleven years of legal experience in the real estate field. He was most recently with Metro Corp, where he worked as Assistant General Manager. Shivaprasad was responsible for legal aspects of commercial and residential projects, and the establishment of the legal team.

Earlier, he has worked with Sobha Developers for over five years, where his responsibilities included end-to-end legal charge of various residential projects, identification, due diligence of properties, advising the company on legal issues etc. . 

Prior to this, he has been legal advisor for various real estate projects, including organizations like Adhishree Properties, Madhavi Assets, Venkataraman Associates etc.

Shivaprasd has an LLB & PGDBA from Bangalore University.

Sreedhar BN
Manager – Legal

Sreedhar has 10 years experience in various facets of law with specific experience in handling cases under civil administration, criminal administrative, and consumer protection law.

Sreedhar has been with QVC Realty since June 2007. Prior to this, he was with TSI Ventures as Assistant Manager- Legal, where his responsibilities included assisting legal risk assessment of transactions, managing contracts and operations, advising risk mitigation strategies, monitoring investments and operations from a legal perspective, assisting in negotiations with third parties, and providing legal support in drafting agreements and contracts.

Earlier, he worked with Singhania & Partners.

Sreedhar has a LLB from Mysore University.
