GS Shivaprasad has twelve years of legal experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining QVC Realty Co., he was associated with Metro Corp as Assistant General Manager, and was responsible for legal aspects of commercial and residential projects, and the establishment of the legal team.

He has also been associated with Sobha Developers for over five years, where his responsibilities included end-to-end legal charge of various residential projects, identification, due diligence of properties and advising the company on legal issues. Apart from this he has been the legal advisor for several real estate projects for renowned developers.

Shivaprasad has an LLB degree & PGDBA from Bangalore University.
