R. Sivakumar is responsible for the finance, accounts, secretarial and statutory compliance at QVC Realty Co. Sivakumar has more than three decades of experience in the areas of finance, corporate compliances, HR and general administration. He has been associated with manufacturing, NBFC, EPC and real estate companies in senior managerial positions.

As the head of Corporate Affairs and Compliance at Shriram Properties Ltd., he was responsible for finance, secretarial and statutory compliance, and was actively involved in FDI proposition with foreign investors. Prior to that, R. Sivakumar was employed with reputed south Indian industrial groups such as Sakthi group, India Cements Group and Sundaram Fasteners.

R. Sivakumar is a Post Graduate in Management Systems from Bits, Pilani and a Commerce Graduate from Madras University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
