Vice President - Finance & Company Secretary

Kumar has 25 years of experience in the areas of Finance and Corporate Law. He has a wide range of experience in real estate and manufacturing organizations.

Kumar formerly worked with Mantri Developers, as the Head of Finance. He was responsible for the end-to-end finance deliverables, including accounting, audits, loan syndication, secretarial and statutory compliance, and was actively involved in FDI proposition with foreign investors.

Before working with Mantri Developers, Kumar was at Raman Boards, as the General Manager – Finance, where he was instrumental in handling MIS, central excise matters relating to exemptions and registrations, assignments on mergers and acquisitions, buy-back of shares, and setting-up overseas companies and warehouses. Prior to this, Kumar has worked with Dalmia Cements and Mysore Sales International.

Kumar has a LLB from Bangalore University and an MBA from KSOU, Mysore. He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, and has also passed his licentiate exam of the Indian Institute of Insurers.

 

Bhargava SN
Manager – Finance

Bhargava has 8 years experience in Finance.
 
Prior to joining QVC Realty, he worked as Senior Manager – Finance at APW President Systems, where he managed finance and supervised day-to-day activities. He was actively involved in management of funds, coordination with materials and marketing for management of cash flow. He was also responsible for the financing activities of the company and for MIS reports such as P&L accounts, taxation and establishment of a new facility in Pondicherry.

Previously, Bhargava was with Sasken and was involved in preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. He was also responsible for procuring and auditing billing information from project managers. Before Sasken, Bhargava worked with Raman Boards.

Bhargava has a B.Com from Mysore University, and is a Chartered Accountant.
